Be a reasonable person. Don't upload things you don't have the right to share, don't use a trip to harass anyone, and don't try to reach data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your photos, itineraries and files belong to you. You give us permission to store and display them to the people you invited — that's the whole product — and nothing beyond that. Publishing a trip to the public Explore feed is opt-in, per trip, and reversible.

Festvi calculates who owes what and hands off to Venmo. We never hold, move, or take a cut of your money, and we are not responsible for what happens between you and your friends after the hand-off. Check the numbers before you send anything.

Flights, hotels and reservations recorded in Festvi are yours. We store the details you enter and can misread a pasted confirmation. Always confirm times, dates and codes with the airline or the property.

The concierge and the planners are useful and occasionally wrong. Treat their suggestions the way you'd treat a well-read friend's: worth listening to, worth checking.

We try hard to keep Festvi up and your data safe, but this is software and we provide it as-is, without warranty. Keep your own copy of anything you truly cannot lose.
